i was wondering if anyone on here did a trunk swap before? to those who know, how do you take the key hole out?

 

if i remember correctly its held in by one big u clip clip. its prety easy to do. just look at it and you'll figure it out

 

yea i got the big black u clip off but seems liek there is a gold clip too. do i just pry that off?

 

the black u-clip is the only thing holding the lock on. I wouldn't pry it off... it slides off, not very easily the first time. What i did to get the lock core off the first time was used a skrew driver with a towel around it and used it as leverage to pop the black u-cip off. Once off the lock core just slides right out toward you... the whole metal part.
