Travis Barker is a sic drummer, and I just saw DJ Am for the first time this summer. Awesome DJ I really hope these guys make it.

 

hope these talented guys pull through, sad for the ones who didnt make it...... shows how unexpected life can be

 

Wow this hella sucks, I am a huge fan of Travis Barker and Famous Stars And Straps. Pretty much all I wear are those shirts, other then dress shirts Hope that both DJ AM and Travis pull through this, that is so sad especially after performing for a free concert too

I just heard about this when I got up, some crazy stuff can happen. I just hop that he is ok in the long run. With burns like that it will really mess up all his tats.

travis and dj am jumped out before it crashed...

travis is burned bad from the waist down and dj am is burned baddy all over the face

travis is expected to survive and dj am is still in critical condition

travis is assistant who died just had his baby and is recently married

triadic sad crazy and unreal...

travis was a mess befor this now im sure that dude is going to end up killing himself with guilt

 

I remember about a year or so ago there were alot of rumors that Travis Barker had died and now this. I hope that they pull through.

What do you MEAN they jumped out? With parachutes, or like right before the plane crashed... I don't see how that would save someone when the plane is going 100mph++

 

Oh, and RIP to those who died.

my friend just told me about this. what a ****ty thing to wake up to, i hope they make it. i was thinking they had died in the crash before i read the article

 

Ah, makes more sense now... The plane crashed while taking off, so basically it crashed at the end of the run way and took out the freeway... Travis and his friend AM were ejected from the plane, talk about LUCK

 

The crash took place just before midnight on Friday and involved a twin-engine private Learjet with six passengers onboard, according to Lynne Douglas, public information officer for the Columbia Metro Airport. While taking off, the plane, which never left the ground, overran the runway, struck an antenna array and several lights, and began sending up sparks. It skidded off the end of the runway, through a perimeter fence separating the airfield from a nearby roadway, and then crossed the roadway, coming to a stop on an embankment. The plane caught fire on impact. Douglas said two passengers — who were later confirmed to be AM and Barker — escaped the aircraft while it was on the ground, while the other two passengers and crew members died in the crash.

man i hope he gets better.. and can still play the drums like a mother.. Hes one of my favorite drummers right now.. its crazy how both of the are the ones who survived

 

My DJ friends that have met Adam (AM) are pretty shook up about this. Travis seems like a cool dude, they basically had to knock him out to get him in the ambulance, he was tryin to get back to the plane to rescue ppl.
