Question Trapped Rail Cars?

Is it just me, or is there no way for these rail cars to be moved
3700 Yale Way, Fremont, CA 94538 - Google Maps
Looks like the tracks were removed before the cars were.

You'd think the rail cars would be worth something... a few tons of scrap if nothing else

I see some dry-bulk and a bunch of who-knows-what liquid cars (plus the odd corrosive-liquid trailer on the right).

Have fun cutting them up.

The rails are still there, just looks like the cars haven't moved in a real long time to push the dirt away.
