The STi is a lemon. That's the only logical explaination.

that's purely subjective. for the same reason, angelina jolie was married to billy bob thorton.

what i'm trying to say is what you find attractive, others might not. it goes both ways...the STi and the S2K are both nice cars. it's ill conceived to say that one is clearly better than the other.

girl: bye

Anyone who needs a car or material possesions 2 get girls is a sorry *** excuse for a man hahah.

People like different things. Big deal. Nothing 2 get "your" panties in a bunch over. I'd rather get an evo over both of those all day long.

I have an S2k and an STI. Theyt are totally different and both fun in their own way. Looks like it's supposed to be sunny tomorrow. I think I'll drive the S2000.

If I were still single and dating, I'd probably choose the S2000 as most females seem to like it better.

Now that I'm married with kids, a 4-door can be justified!

I'd rather them think my car is a lesbian subaru than a ultra-siccccc s2k, then i wouldn't get revved on as much, coupled with the fact that i don't give a damn what other people think, and i have a win-win situation there.

On a side note, an s2k with a cookie cutter short spikey haired asian kid (yes, i mean kid) revved on me in a 25 mph blvd going in the opposite direction, with cyclists, runners and people taking their dogs out for walks all over the place.

The s2k is a nice car, but the ****/cool dude ratio of the drivers is quite high lately.

And it DOES turn a lot of heads, more heads than my friend's s2k now. But it does garner attention for being outrageously styled rather than dead sexy, i will admit, but i get more attention in my car (the 16yr old hs boy, wrong kind of attention) than my friend does in his s2k........maybe its because its comparing stock for stock the sti looks a lot more modded.

And a final point........sti>s2k because potential situation for an STi = 4way, while you're stuck with one woman in the s2k because the other two that want your bod can't get in

i'm going out on a limb here, but could he be rev matching to downshift? i rev match during downshifts and sometimes wonder if other people might think i'm revving on them as i'm passing by.

say we're comign to a light and the lane next to me has a long line of cars. as i'm downshifting, preparing for the light to turn green as i approach the intersection (with a safety margin, of course), would the people in the next lane think i'm revving on one or two of them?

the same could be applied to cars in oncoming traffic, such as your case.

just a thought.
