I recently got a fix it ticket for my smoked taillights and I was wondering if anyone would be willing to trade taillights for a few hours so i can get my ticket signed off.

I would really appreciate this and i would be willing to pay you for your time if it was necessary or at least buy you a beer or lunch or something.

Where did you get the ticket? Usually SVPD is cool...well with me they are anyway.

My old car (01 1.8t) had its tails smoked to near blackness and I never got a ticket...

I was thinking about smoking the tails on the Subaru but after putting in my LEDs I don't think it would be safe, so I think I'm just going to cut them open and paint the assembly to match the car.

 

How are they tinted? Guess its not removable?
