He passed under yellow between turns 5 and 6 just before he approached the site of the incident. His excuse was that by the time he saw the corner worker waving the yellow flag and her arm like crazy, everyone in front of him was at a standstill and had no choice but to pass a couple of cars. What a lame excuse! If he had looked to the flag stand as he should have as he exited the corner, he would have seen the yellow flag way in advance. Instead, he screwed up and the NASA officials got nervous and pulled everyone in. We lost half a session because he didn't look for flags. We could have stayed out under a full course or maybe a local yellow if it weren't for him.

What the hell? As I'm climbing in and out of the window of my R32 Dru's car is on the fast track to recovery. I had to cancel my next HPDE to help pay for the $9 grand worth of damage.

Anyways, glad there wasn't too much damage to the RS.

Andrew, sorry about the car. I know just how you feel. It seems like only yesterday when i wrecked my car slamming into a ditch @ 50 - 60 mph.

Sorry to hear about ur damage........i saw a few cars crash right in front of me on turn 9 and 10, when i was in my STI...one was a Vw the other a Catherham...from what i heard there were Atleast 8 people that wrecked including a 350z that hit the wall HARD, many at the end of the day.

total sleeper tank.....it's a 733i with a euro spec M5 motor and hoosier tires.....pretty much just in the way every time i lap him....and it's an older guy in his late 40's!!
