Car Info: '13 BRZ Limited / '02 WRX
Yeah, the lack of new info is a little odd, but we'll see what October brings. I'm comfortable in saying though, that in the end it will definitely be a car. With a motor. And wheels.

I think if the weight goal and price goal are met we will be happy campers.
I stand correct Krinkov, VRT I believe you are indeed right that is the Toyobaru "nameless car", lets hope to god they tacked on a bunch of panels to make it secret and horribly ugly as possible. If you see him again follow him, then rip camo'ed crap off when he stops! Krinkov any interest in the bra stuff?

Yeah I'm still taking all info on this car with a huge grain of salt. I can't wait for it to hit the showroom floors though, cause I'll be buying a new car soon. I want to get a 06-07 sti, but I'm very interested to see if Subaru come out with a STI edition of the FR-S with Brembos and bucket seats.

This is my plan. When the cars are rolling out, we should be able to figure something out about if/when sti version is coming and what it could possibly have. If this is the case I'll wait. If there seems to be nothing about sti model, I'll go ahead and buy if I can. My plan is to save as much money is possible and not deal with a loan with **** interest, and get a sweet deal. Just make sure you can sell that car not at a loss when the sti is available.

Latest Subaru BRZ prototype comes into view
Latest Subaru BRZ prototype comes into view
Our elite squad of highly-trained spy photographers has nabbed a handful of new photos of the soon-to-be-unveiled Subaru BRZ. The front engine, rear-wheel drive sports coupe was spotted out and about on public streets wrapped in suitable camouflage ahead of its debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show next week. Subaru says that the BRZ moniker for Boxer engine, Rear-wheel drive Zenith, but it sounds more like a phonetic interpretation of a weedeater to us. Nomenclature aside, we're told to expect good things from the coupe. Word on the web is that Subaru may use the vehicle to unveil a new 2.0-liter direct-injection four-cylinder engine.
Even more interesting is rumors that the coupe will use a similarly new six-speed manual or automatic transmission. Either way, we'll know more when the Japanese automaker pulls back the sheets in Germany next week. Stay tuned.
