mark my words, the governor doesn't have the power to make real change in this state:

*Gray Davis blows goats, and the guy who's heading the recall effort is a friggin' car thief

*the public education system will probably never improve

*the greens will prevent freeways in nor cal from ever meeting the traffic throughput needed, let alone ever recover from the '89 quake.

*public transportation will remain antiquated and innefficient. don't agree? go to europe...case closed

*illegal immigrants. who wants to pay taxes to provide benefits to people who have no right to be here? what was the estimated percentage of LA's population made up of illegal immigrants? 25%??? this is rediculous....

This is what ticks me off. It takes only what, 3% of californias population to do a recall??? Shouldnt it be closer to like HALF?

Well...the Recall went through...that 1.3 million people was enough for 110% of the NEEDED signatures.

I dont like Davis, but it doenst look like any of his replacments are worthy.....In fact my MOM said the only republican she would vote for is ARNOLD!!! (and she IS a republican)

Oh well....lets waste more money we dont have!
