It just doesn't compare to the original UK version. A lot of things just feel missing.

The concept is there, the challenges seem to be there, the cinematography looks like it is somewhat on par with the UK version, but it doesn't feel right. The personality and character of Jeremy, Richard, and James seem better than these guys by far.

Maybe it's the lack of British accents.

Top Gear is more than the sum of it's parts. You can't throw in x, y, and z and expect it to be the same.

you know, that's the reason why i think they might be popular. for Americans that has never seen the new Top Gear, they might actually like this show.

I don't expect it to be as good, but this show sucks donkey d1ck in comparison.
