i predict instant youtube hit and during the news on the first episode of next season's Top Gear, "Look what we found on the internet..." second thought, we may have to drop a piano on a Morris Mariner during the drag race to make it on Top Gear.
what an awesome ending to the series! with an ending like that, it makes me think if Top Gear will be back. i'm sure it is coming back though.

^^^According to the Top Gear forums, it'll come back as usual in November. Jeremy also stated that they'll be returning sometime in November during the news. However, the next season may be the last. Who knows?
Great episode though!

i'm pretty sure Top Gear as of now is a British tradition.
i just finished watching the last episode of the season, and i must say, that whole bit was just beautiful, the shots, the roar of that Vantage, it's a bit depressing knowing that we really are heading towards the end of the big bad supercar.

There's still 2 clips in the series preview from the first ep that wasn't aired, the vette ZR1 & Audi review, and the part with Hammond racing around in that truck with the scissor lifted cargo part. They'll either be aired in the winter series or put on the season dvd as a special or something.

which why I said either next series (they refer to seasons as "series") or on the season/series DVD as an extra, like they did for the DVD for the Vietnam special from the previous series, having the red "communist" stig riding around on the three's bikes
