Subarus have a reputation of being yuppie grocery getters, but the Outback manages to prove that stereotype wrong by being one of the top ten most ticketed cars. Apparently, the Outback is the car of choice for people who need to get to Whole Foods in a hurry, and maybe park illegally once they're there.

the 3300 lb tC replaced the 2500lb Celica...i dont care what the HP is, thats BS on toyotas behalf. stupid toyota
same with the new xB...my mom has the 1.5L one that gets 33mpg going 80-90 to LA...now the new xB has a 2.4L engine and gets like 28mpg?! WTF Toyota is all *** backwards. If they want a performance car MAKE ONE! if they want a fuel saver MAKE ONE! they mishmash the stupidest ideas together
not to mention its even uglier than 1st gen xB...i like the OG xB

^Not to mention the increase in size of the Xb. Stupid IMHO. It was a cool little car before and then, like almost all cars, it increased in weight and size and decreased in fuel economy. Just plain dumb.

buy a Mazdaspeed 6 then. The new ones are ultra ugly though, so they might attract more attention. Kinda weird how the Mazda 6 is randomly in there, maybe the drivers are to busy singing "zoom ZOOM zoom!" lol

The first thing I thought when I saw the list was "young/youthful cars vs. old people/family cars". However, seeing an Outback & not a Mustang really confused me. I guess all the v6 'Stangs bring down the average.
