The 6-speed is in. I was going to keep it hush-hush. But I just realized that would be cheating. Doh! I was feeling pretty good about my chances in STX. OH well.....

Rob : sorry to see you go from STX, but that's a helluva good reason to bump "up" a class 
BTW, if we want to ASSURE it'll rain, just let me threaten to AutoX the Impala instead of the WRX. Drift-o-rama....without using that E-brake

On another note, drove down to SoCal (where they got LOTSA rain) in the WRX this past weekend. Fun trip, but those JICs are a bit much on the freeway (bouncy-bouncy-bouncy.....repeat for about 8 or 9 hours!). The "time between stops" (i.e. bathroom break) went from about 3-4 hours down to about 2 hours
BTW, if we want to ASSURE it'll rain, just let me threaten to AutoX the Impala instead of the WRX. Drift-o-rama....without using that E-brake

I was counting on you to push us to go faster. Now Ed is gonna have to pick up the slack!
I'll probably be returning to STS soon anyway though when my NX is legal again.

thanks guys, IT was mostly about the back roads. that is what I like driving best. The 6-speed is awesome for that. I like Auto-xing too, but did not want to give up getting the 6-speed to stay in STX. So basicaly I will just have to be content to be rather uncompetitive in SM. Its a damn hard class. hehe more points for the rest of you guys.
