That Walgreens shooting? Sounds like it would be. Was the injured officer OPD or CHP? I have a friend on OPD who has been on for a year or so.

Sometimes things don't hit you till you walk away. I saw some guy get smashed by a speeding car, saw his body flying through the air and land on the opposite side of the street. The instant it happened was so weird and then it faded as I ran over to the guy. Then later on that night that weird feeling of 'wow, that just happened' hit.
Another one was more recently when I was out with BFD and we responded to that infant floating in the Berkeley marina.
