Quick question, is your mechanic Kevin the same Kevin that used to work as a mechanic for Carson Subaru in Redwood city?
The reason I ask is because he looks VERY familiar, and I remember the Kevin that used to work for Carson looking like him...
If so, that's so awesome! I used to get work done by Kevin when he worked at the dealership and he was the coolest guy who went out of his way to help you out.

Damn haha - Kevin was working at Carlsen like 6 years ago!
Yeah something I think a lot of poeple don't know nowadays is that he was top Subaru mechanic in the Bay Area pretty much. People would always request him and only him to work on their cars.

One time he hooked me up with a free set of spark plug wires that I needed in an emergency situation. They were slightly used but I only needed a temporary set so that was perfect. He came through a couple more times in tight situations too!
I wonder if he remembers me... He'd call me "brucelee".

Ah damn, that's awesome! Yeah, I remember him at Carlsen, he'd always go out of his way to help me out with things... Just a really cool guy in general who was always willing to help out. You guys are lucky to have him at your disposal! I thought he moved away or something... haha. AWESOME!

-2007 STI - diagnose an oil leak
-2000 RSTI - finish up on some wiring
-1996 Nissan 240 SX - install Project Mu Type HC front brake pads and Project Mu D1-Spec rear brake pads
Kevin finishing up some wiring on the RSTI conversion
And... We have lights and turn signals..
