Have you contacted them yet? Maybe it was an actual mistake? I would explain the situation in a calm, cool manner. They will probably realize the error and make it right. Give em a chance.

Dude, I know it sucks, but I agree with cdawg. Call them first and see if they will make it right before you freak out. Its true that most online stores will **** with you, but some are legit. Find out the facts first.

they have a return policy dood, calm down. As long as you have not mounted them you are fine.
If I were you though, get a different set all together though, I personally HATE the ST-115's, they induce body roll on a lowered car with stiffer anti-sway bars and strut tower bars, where as when I had pirelli pzero nero's they felt a lot sharper.

Tires.com is America's Tire Co. Isn't there anyone near you? Bring in the invoice that you should have gotten with your tires and just take it to them. I'm sure you can work something out there.

I'm sure it will work if you have the invoice for 4 tires. You have an AWD vehicle so you can't only run on one.

Call them and suggest they ship another new tire. Tell them they need to be inconvenienced for inconveniencing you. Keep the old one as a spare.

Tell them you will dispute the charges on your credit card, when you do the burden of proof is on the seller and they know that. let us know how it goes
