Tire trade, looking for shop

So basically I'm trading tires with a guy from Sacramento this weekend. We've both got the tires on wheels which are on the both of our cars.

Does anybody know of a shop that will do this for a pretty decent price? Best I've found is $200, which for some reason seems kind of steep to me.

Steep to rack two cars, dismount and then remount two sets of tires plus balance? Not steep at all, actually.

I just came from a shop here in San Jose. I brought in 2 sets of wheels/tires. I did a swap with the tires and balanced just 1 set and mounted. Paid $60
