Tire Shop Recommendaions

So I'm going to swap wheels with another i-clubber this weekend. Looking for a wheel/tire shop in the south bay that someone can recommend.

I called Costco/Sears/Wheelworks, they can't dismount/remount used tires. So I need something more like a mom N' pop operation.

You are thinking of Roman Tires. I used to get take-offs from new 911's there for my Z's. I go all the way to the east bay for my tires and such now tho.

I used to be able to do that kind athing at the dealership I worked at. After hours though. If you know people there who have access to the equipment, dealerships might be a possiblity.

Ill ask my boss today if we do tire swaps. I work at the firestone on larkin street in SF. If not you can always try Americas tire company in redwood city. I used to work there and i know for a fact that they do tire swaps as long as the tires arent bald.

I think you can look up recommended installers by area on tirerack.com. That's what I did and it worked out fine. I didn't even get my tires from them.
