Tire Rack 70$ reward cash card

Does anyone know what kind of ATM I can use this in? I have tried at bofa/wells fargo. I'm stuck, no one picks up when I call the number on the back of the card. It's 70 bucks from Tire Rack.

Is it like one of those prepaid VISA/MasterCard cards? Last time I had one of those I couldn't use it at an ATM or to pay bills online. Just use it in place of cash (where you'd use your debit card) and theres no difference though

x2^ just dont run it through the machine where the gas pump is because that'll ask you for a pin number

When you use a prepaid card, make sure youre charging the exact amount on it for it to be approved (or a number lower than the available credit) otherwise machines wont take it. I find it best to use these cards at big box stores and just have them charge exactly $70 on it so its easily used and disposed of.

Hmm, I would think a smaller store that manually enters in the amount on the CC machine would be easier than a big box store where the computer does everything automatically. But really, if you get a competent cashier it should be able to be done anywhere
