Tire Question
Tire Question
Hi all,
My front tires are pretty bald and I am going up to the snow this weekend. What are good all around tires that I can drive in the snow but also up and down 280?
I don't really know anything about tire ratings etc.
Thanks,
Shields

check out the reviews on tirerack.com, there are quite a few available. you're going to want M+S rated all season tires, and the Pirellis P-Zero Neros and Conti Extreme Contacts seem to be popular all season choices.

Also, post your general question in the TireRack.com-sponsored Tires & Wheels forum here on i-Club. Dexter can offer sound, tested advice for your tire needs. I'm sure he knows where Lake Tahoe is but your other concern is just normal highway use with no snow or ice.
