Tire Balancing and Mounting

I need to know where I can get my tires balance and mounted for a good price. I know Auto Innovation does it but they are far from me and cost too much. I am in the Berkeley area.

Almost any big company you go to, you're going to get raped in cost since the tire companies want you to buy tires from them.

I used to work @ America's Tire Co. and they used to let me do it for free, even if it was for my friends. See if someone on here works near you.

AI costs too much?
I had some tires mounted there, I don't recall exactly how much it was, but I do recall it being less expensive than Calderon, where I had my previous set of tires mounted. To boot, AI did it right the first time, including balancing, tire pressure and lug nut torque. Calderon did not.

Can't help you on the Berkely recommendation, though.

Where'd you buy the tire from? Most places, if you buy the tires from them, usually will do it for a very reasonable price then.

I have a similar issue to the original poster. I had a nasty camber issue and my tires need to be replaced. Can anyone recommend a place to get tires mounted in the city that offers a good price?

I can mount them for you. $10 to put a tire on a rim and balance it. $5 to take the tire off an old rim. You do the math. You take your old tires back with you. I am in Union City. I don't care what size they are. I just don't do 20's and for 19's add $5.
