u dont need to go to court, i got a tiucket going from la to bay area and i didnt have to go when i was 17 just got traffic school, i heard this once, but my co-worker said, wait for the bill to come from dmv, pay the court over what u owe ( 156 u owe but pay 167), and then request a refund for the difference, then when u get that form or however u do it, dont send it in, he told me that if u dont claim that money they never file it until it is all done, so insurance will never know and u miss out a couple of bucks but oh well. not sure if it works just heard. sounds interesting tho.
