TIC is re-releasing the X-BRACE WOOHOOO

I've tried to get one for awhile and failed.

TurnInConcepts has bought the rights and gotten the rest of carlabs inventory, they are about to release the x-brace again.

Thought i'd post since i've been trying for forever, and I know other people have as well.

If you think i'm full of it check

TurninConcepts | Facebook

and or search google for "facebook+x-brace" for it's own dedicated page.

woohooo!

The X-Brace is for chassis stiffening... basically stops the car from flexing.

Kinda like a Strut Tower brace except it actually works

You can have all the cool suspension stuff in the world, but if the chassis is squirming around it's worthless

This is true in the sedans, but won't wagons see a benefit from a tower? I only ask because something along these lines is on my eventual shopping list.

It's interesting how the brace moves during cornering if you watch the video. Everyone I've talked to who owned one loved it. Even an accomplished racer guy with an 8pt roll cage who didn't think the x-brace would do anything extra, but says it definitely did.

Theres only one way to be certain.

I found this to be very helpful about the x-brace on the GD chassis. I don't know if it also applies to the GR...

finally...I've been looking forward to this for years. I forget who actually has the old one but I tried buying it off him and he wouldn't budge.
