I posted thumbs down to Auto RnD, then 9 ppl asked what its about... so I explained the events. If they can't accept the fact that people are leaving negative feedback on their company on a public forum then they will be losing lots of sleep in the future.
For example in just thread, 3 members reading in this thread had something to say about your company's actions:

I am upset with this whole transaction so I felt like sharing it. Maybe you guys should start acting more like professionals and not reply in CAPS over something YOU screwed up. ALSO taking customers for fools isn't good " business ethics " because that was the impression I was taking from the second I walked in.

ok so thats fai^r but i dont know what the big deal is.. so you didnt get your dream steal of a price... big deal!
when i first came to this forum i drove all the way down to the bay area for some springs under the impression that i was getting a pair of lowering springs at a certain price, but when i got there that price had changed seems there was a missunderstanding...
now, i could have came online and started a bashing thread to help me with my anger about driving down to the bay on a weekday after work (from modesto to hayward in prime traffic)... but i swallowed my pride and let it be...
good thing i didn''t cause *insert vendor* is an awesome shop, that treats there customers like family and is always their for you and others, regardless.
Now, i know the guys over at autoRnD and i can honestly say that rishi and his team are some of the coolest guys to deal with... but i guess you'll never know now.
your loss

So I felt like telling my peers about my experience at Auto Rnd, and im sorry you guys cannot accept it. Also, if the price wasn't agreed upon with confirmation, this event would have never occured, but via Private Message, Email, and even a phone call to Kyle the price was agreed upon. So I took time out of my schedule to go to your shop to find out your owner is rude and you were trying to take me for a fool? On top of that, if your so intuned with the industry, why would someone offer $650 for a product your asking $500 for? Im sorry but if you think someones just gonna give you $150+ your asking for nothing... you must be new to the industry or been born yesterday.

How about you try this. You appologize first then build a working relationship with them. Then they will be more inclined to work with you and give you those deals that you want. I buy about 95% of my parts from them and all my rubber. I get my prices just above cost because I go out, race, and prove their products just like they want their clientel to.
Whoever was representing AutoRnD above was right on the money in their description of the shop and the employee's. They are professional and incredibly freindly. In fact just after I bought my wheels and tires from them last week they invited me over for some dinner. Mike and Rishie the Chicken Curry was mighty tasty.
