thoughts on Nissan 370z

Any i-clubbers know anything about the 370? I've researched a bit online but wanted to get real world i-club opinions.

I recently saw a z with beautiful paint. Upon research I discovered the 2010 40th anniversary 370z which the paint was exclusive for. It also comes with bigger brembos special rays and red inferior. I'm intrigued and toying with the idea of hunting one down and possibly biting if the opportunity comes up. I'd only want this special edition although only 1000 were made it might be tough.

I currently own a 2015 series.blue brz also limited to 1000 produced if anyone is knowledgeable about a comparison.

Are 370s good cars that I should consider?

I've understood that they don't hold up too well on trackdays. The oil overheats very fast. They matched shifting is neat though. The interior looks out of date especially with fuel gauge area. Awesome steering.

Had an 06 sti. Current gen sti is ugly as fuuu imho. Was planning waiting for next gen but I don't want to ever buy a brand new car again.

I would like another Hawkeye or 08-14 sti but going back to a previously owned car (gd) seems kinda weird to me for some reason.

The hatches are ideal but I hate the interior.

I change my mine about cars too often. Been looking at 15' mustangs, and golf r but not really interested in euros or domestics right now after bad previous experience.

Looking to fill a void after trading in my sti which I'm thinking is powahhh and awd. More powahhh though.

I use to have a Twin turbo 350z and my gf currently has a 2010 370z. they are bulky and heavy and you basically cant see out of the back. They are quick with good motors but do have overheating problems at the track from what ive read. I basically couldnt track my 350z becuase i was in constant fear of blowing my motor

As if stock STI don't have overheating problems at the track... And not only that!
