Thoughts on the new WRX design
So I've been thinking of getting a new ride. One of them is sticking to a suby but I can't get passed the new design. Is it me or did it loose it's sporty look? Looks more like a family car. I currently have a 2006.
I really like the new body style. I think the sporty design was lost between 08-10, which happens to be my year. like how the hood scoop has got smoother lines vs the pre 08 models. it looks good man, stay suby!

you think thats bad check out the 2014 concept. it looks like a mini legacy. subaru is definitely going for the family car look not the rally inspired look we all love

I don't hate the new ones, but I like my 06 better.

For price vs performance/looks I think I would completely redo my 05. Built motor, a full drivetrain, new suspension well everything. I think it can be done for close to the price of a new sti.

In case some of you guys dont remeber, subaru is moving the impreza name away from wrx and sti. That "concept" is just someone that slapped wrx wheels and a hoodscoop onto the car. You really think subaru would releasr something that ugly?
Subaru is getting far better in the looks department imo, i've personally owned 97, 04, 05 and 06. I think the newer ones like 2012 look far sleeker and more modern in person than the gd. I love my gd but its out of date looking.
The black impreza is just a test mule. It has the new motor in it but the bodystyle will definitely not look the above car. From what I heard is they are removing the wrx and sti from the impreza line up. They will be there own line up of cars.

THAT'S HORRIBLE!!! That defiantly makes me want to forget it and get a A7 which is the other option I've had my eye on. But I really want my all wheel drive damn it!
