8 years ago and not anymore? Do we need a firestorm to purify your current lack of interest?

I still work in the area, I have only moved to live with the inlaws while we save for a house.
And then I will be back

Well, there's a North Bay drive this Saturday. :-)

We already have a winemaker coming - his family makes some good Merlot in the Carmel Valley - so we're not allowing any competition from whinemakers.

This time im not going to walk away.

Sounds like we've got some good interest, it doesn't have to be a weekly thing, monthly would be a good start to gauge what kind of attendance and interest people have. im ibtl of interest.

You need to make the order that shall be so others may follow the path lit by burning bodies to a glorious new dawn.

I heard those guys ravage the Amazon like a plague of locusts.

I wonder how long we can keep this going with only 3 of us knowing what we're talking about.

In exactly 7 hours and 43 minutes from this post time, we're leaving. It's a half-day trip up to Valley Ford (lunch) which is west of Petaluma.

If you show up at 9:01, you'd better follow the exhaust trail - because we're not waiting, turning back, or sending anyone back to pick up stragglers.

I'll try to remember to PM you next time - it's an invitation-only event, since I got so fed up with the last event I announced publicly. I'm sure there are other people who will be happy to organize events on sunny days when the roads are dry, and take people on a 1 hour tour covering 50 miles or less.

Today was all about being completely stress-free, no one had to be back at a certain time, no complaints about fast/slow or when/where we stopped. We took a nice hike where we got some close-up shots of the Tule elk herds - saw Jose Cuervo arguing with his cousin about the sunny spot on top of the hill we had just climbed...
