Good to know that someone there is taking the time to torque the lug nuts correctly. Maybe there is just one guy who takes shortcuts. Hope that's the case but I would be pretty upset if that happened to my car. If I pay someone to do the work, I usually leave them alone rather than stand watch over them like a hawk. I guess this takes a certain amount of trust in the shop.
