The stories don't revolve around the store. The stories you'd be interested in most would be those that are on a more corporate level. Let's just say I know more than most people at the dealership level about what is happening in the Subaru world.

Though I do drop hints quite often. It's just up to you to figure out what they are.

Shops use customer's B deposit to work on customer's A car and hope that customer C leaves a deposit so they can work on customer B ....
That's why it takes so long to get your car back.

Step 2 is to dump your HP and replace it with an Epson

Well, Hello Mike Hennessy... would you like to steal some parts off one customer's car to install on another while you're at it

+1 for monster cables. When I used to work at Circuit city we tried to sell monster cables to everyone. Our compters showed us what the profit was on each product, monster cables are somewhere between 87-92% pure profit.

Also at Circuit city (probably not uncommon) floor salespeople constantly lie about products for an easy sale. People are sleazy when you are working for a commission pay

Yeah there's absolutely no difference between Monster cable's $200 HDMI cable and one I got from Amazon for $3.

Except that if you bought it at a local store you'd have helped keep your local economy healthy and the state wouldn't have been cheated out of sales tax.

from what I have researched before, if you are planning to run your cable for longer than 6 feet , the thinner cablse will have transmission loss thus causing loss in quality. Although, not noticeable enough..
