She said their based out of florida, but she has this canadian accent.

when she asked why, what did you tell her? I would like to see her expression when you tell her "because I found you online reported as a SCAM!" LOL!

 

try calling the help desk for Dell...you get customer service reps based out of India who answer to the name of Bob or Charles based out of Seattle...uhhh an Indian who is attempting at a midwestern American accent, who's name is Bob who works in Seattle...uhhh ok...just say you are the customer rep in India, sicne we all know that alot of hi-tech companies outsource...

 

I said "because I'm not interested" she then hung up. LOL. I just kept her on there as long as a could.
