Some people got all bent out of shape as if Subarus weren't infamous as hippie lesbian cars not long ago. Woody openly admits he doesn't know or care anything about cars, so it really doesn't matter what he thinks of Subarus or any other car.

No sense in calling him out on it because he shares an older view of Subarus, not really a big deal. He doesn't even know what's under the hood of his beemer, he just knows he likes it.
