Tein rebuild?
Are there any places that can rebuild Tein RAs without having to ship them back to Japan? I can't event get Tein to pick up the phone to ask them...

Yup, they're there in Downey and I believe they rebuild them in Downey as well. I've had to pick up rebuilt coilovers for my brother before.
