dude next door at my old house put some supper thick motor oil in his civic... i asked him wtf was he doing and he says... "see how thick that is? thats how you get the most protection on your car" fast foreword a year, bye bye motor

I use honey in my car, works very well.

This isn't directly related, but kind of is because its was recommended for the engine.

One of the salesmen at Cypress Coast Subaru told me that you can clean the carbon deposits off your engine by running it to redline. He said it was ok because if it was bad for the engine they'd have something to keep you from going that high in the rpm's (something like......a rev limiter???)
