Actually never had one of these until last week, whoa they rock!

the place I was at was called Verde Tea House in downtown Mtn View, mmmm
so is the place in Daly City called Eggettes or tapioca express?

Wonderful Foods was the first tapioca joint in the Bay Area, back when I was just a youngin' in hi skoo. They're pretty much the standard that you can compare all others to. Not that Wonderful Foods is hands-down the best or anything, but it's a handy place to use as a "control group" when you go "experimenting" at other tapioca places It's on Irving and 22nd, next to Double Rainbow and Tam's Laser.
So c'mon Krinkov, come out to a Wednesday Eggettes meet or Friday DCMP meet! More tapioca than you can shake a 1" diameter, neon colored straw at!

Yeah theres no tapioca places here in the northbay, so never had one

My buddy from elementary/middle/high school owns a boba store in Berkeley on Durant across from Tower Records. Its called "The Old Teahouse"...2517A Durant Ave. He also owns one in Davis in the same shopping center as "The Grad". Its pretty good stuff.
