Pedialite, some moist toweletts, keep drinking fluids, if it doesn't start clearing up by the end of today, get to a doctor. If you have Salmonella, it's going to get worse before it gets better.

actually jeff today i seem to be a lot better. i am not gonna eat too much either way just to make sure though.

I don't usually have any problems, I've been down there 3 years now and stick by a few rules;

Queso Fundito appetizer every day or two, a good cheese load stops things up pretty well.

A shot of tequila before and after every evening meal, for the medicinal anti-bacterial effects only of course.

No salads or tap water, any drinks with ice need to be consumed before the ice has a chance to melt.

Oh and I stay the hell away from the "3 peso special" taco stands, you go there and I'd say you'll probably get what's coming to ya
