tailgaters
Not sure about everyone else's experience but I've found that when it rains in San Francisc people become retarded. Tailgating, going faster, not stopping at stop signs...WTF! just on my way to work I was at a 4 way it was my turn and everyone went at the same time. RETARDED!!!
man on the way home, i had a lady cut me off on the fastrak lane. she was inches away from me. when i passed her, she didnt even notice she almost hit me.
then on sunset blvd in sf right after the lake merced turns there was a truck sideways and car that t boned it on the other side of the road. then on my lane, there was another accident. just a regular rear end accident. i think they were rubber necking, and it wasnt even raining!

SF drivers don't need the rain to be retarded. Just bad driving everywhere.

It's a strange phenomenon that everything that people do that's stupid in the dry, they do with 10 times more gusto in the rain
