Taco Bravo Anyone?
EL BURRO is the best mexican sit down food place in the bay area.
La Bamba and Burrito Real are battling it out for the honor of best burrito place in the bay area. I go to burrito real 99% of the time though.
Taco Bravo is hella chronic and is best for those late night munchies, and I believe that they are open till 3am too.

The red and yellow fast food places are typically referred to as a 'bertos in San Diego. This is because there are DOZENS of them, all with different names that end in -bertos:
Albertos
Alibertos
Adalbertos
Hilbertos
etc...
The only 'bertos I've found in the Bay Area is in Stockton (if you can call that the bay area)
