That jack is really pinner. You could definately go for a better jack than that.

I just picked-up the new Costco 2-ton aluminum racing jack, and it works great.

Cost $124 and is indefinately returnable.

Then just get a set of good jack stands, and you're good

oh and if your subaru is lowered at all, that jack might not fit under it

ive seen it at kragon for under 200bucks but is it any good?

Hrm, didn't even think about lowered cars, since mine is at stock height.

I believe the powerbuilt is identical to the Alltrade sold at Costco, very nice jack! Gets it up quick, and stays there, and it is light! What else do you want?

Get the costco Alltrade 2-ton aluminum jack, you can return it 10yrs from now if it fails...

Are there any jacks with a raisable plate? One that you could unscrew upward or something? My sideskirts will crack under a normal jack. Lowered

drive your car onto wood blocks then use a regular jack

Better yet, dig a hole in your yard and drive over it. Just make sure to not drive INTO the hole. Yeah, bad times.
