That's just serious lack of training...horrible for the victims that were being held hostage.

Serious lack of safety on the "SWAT" teams part though...check out finger on the trigger or at least inside the guard and gun pointed at fellow squad member in front of them when they are lined up.

that's horrible. That one dude lost his hammer in the bus while trying to smash the windows. Then he sticks his hand in there to get it back.
