Thanks for the support! I have parts in ten different places getting worked on and a new block in the mail. Adam has some wiring to get situated obviously and then as long as all the stars in my subaru badge align i should be in good shape! See you @ the track!

the LIC crew has made a confident statement that i will be driving @ Subydude's track day. I'm holding them to it!

Swapped GC's are the S h i t....but imo too much maintenance/hassle. It would be ideal as a second weekend car imo.

2 door RS with STi crate motor/tranny and 20g would be my dream setup.

Cool project GC8, I got one too! My 95 L was once a "true GC8" (EJ20 turbo'd 4 dr impreza) w/ v2 STi motorswap... Not anymore, now my swap is more like a frankenstein monster with an EJ257 bottom end and Jdm heads. It is currently LHD and sporting the wingless SleepeR look, Wide-track GD control arms and lateral links. Jdm 5-speed, Cusco Rear LSD. Still need to get a bigger turbo and FMIC My goal is to keep it stealth looking and make it an all-around supercar killer using pump gas.

Thanks Rob! Yeah, no more "555" motor. Now its a USDM/JDM hybrid. The shortblock went out last June with the spun rod bearing. 4 months to rebuild it, but worth the wait. Big thanks to Speed Element for the motor build and also Fine line imports for the dyno tuning. Im using a Link stand-alone ECU so I got rid of the MAF. Cold-Air intake setup and koyo radiator almost ready for summer, just need to get a few accessories. The stock turbo is way too small for my setup, so I deperately need something like a 20g or FP Green to get everything running as it should. I already got the Walbro 255 and PE 650cc injectors installed. How is your WRX doing btw?

Well I gave you a ride a while back in my car. It was hella slow at the time only running wastegate pressure (no restrictor pill) w/ boltons and stock ecu. Its doing a lot better now. 02 in a 99.

edit: so far I know of about 12 or more swaps in the bay, probably are a few more than that.

Wow man, you've come a long way since I first saw your car years ago!
The WRX is chugging along at the auto-x races.

^ Hey so you bought James 98 eh? I drove it back after he had it done. Car felt pretty nice and solid, seemed like he set it up well.
