The reason people end up passing on the right is because people don't "keep right except to pass". I can't tell you how many times I've ended up passing on the right. I usually try to give the person in the number 1 lane a chance by doing the whole flash your brights thing, but most of the time they're in their own little world not paying any attention to any of the misadjusted mirrors in their car

Unfortunately, bad drivers come with the whole driving experience. What I really hate are cars that try and blow by you while you're merging on the freeway from an on-ramp.
