well, looks like he still has the stock wrx rear axles. Those things are gonna break like twigs on the first peel out.

The tranny pretty much has to be a T56 or a TKO600 - they are the only "easy" bolt-ups

I'm wondering if they figured out how to preserve the AWD?

Well it definitely wasn't an STi 6-speed because it didn't have the reverse lock-out ring on it. If its the stock 5-speed, busted tranny in 3... 2... 1...

Why would anyone bother attempting to mount an STI trans to a Chevy small block???



It's a T56 from a donor Camaro as mentioned before.
