Saw a WRB WRX with a big bore exhaust and a feathery thingy hanging from the mirror. Tried to catch up but was denied by traffic. The car turned left on Emproer. Anybody know him?

i was near emperor for the past 3 days, on a side street at my buddys place.

i want to see this.

i also found out that in that area off of emperor, there are at least 2 dodge vipers. one red rt10 and a white gts with blue stripes.
