umm... nope. I don't think so. Take a look at the lip right in front of the wheel on the right side of the picture. There's a gap. Looks to be falling off to me. The lip is flush on the left side.

The Legality issue with R34's has to do with OBD-II compliance. Not just R34's but any car newer than 1996. Since JDM cars don;t have OBD-II systems, they aren't compaint with DOT/EPA regulations. The people that used to work at the DOT were still kind of learning the ropes and let quite a few cars past without realizing they needed OBD-II systems in them. Now MotoRex can't bring in anything newer that 96 because no one has reverse engineeed an OBD system. I've even heard a few horror stories of people who have had there cars repod and crunched at owners expense because of the non-complainces. Which is fine because when I buy my Skyline (and it will happen) it's R32 for me.

ok...ok...you guys are right...I have been out of the import loop since I got out of my civic.
just got off the phone with motorex...just so you guys know....they are expecting to be able to do R34's by middle of next year.

The've been saying that for a while though. Go check out some skyline forums. Some people have had cars stuck at Motorex for a year plus because of complaince issues. I'll belive it when I see it. Besides, R32's rock.
