This is not going to happen. This same article was already posted here about two or three weeks ago and we talked about why it wouldn't work then. This bill was created by a group of democrats and anti-war republicans to scare those congressmen/women that are in favor of the war. Notice that women are included for the first time, and that college will not get you out of the draft? These two stipulations were both added to make those in congress realize that thier children too could have to serve in this war, and to make the war seem more personal and less attractive.

If the u.s. was in desire need of soldiers, I'd join. That is if we were losing the war. Like everyone around me is dying left or right in the bay area.
