my temp gauge is reading 73 degrees.

Anyone down?

Oh man.. It has been awesome out. I helped a friend move for two days, got my mtb back together (new brakes and fork after a crash), biked around SF, made beer, then spent 3hrs out on the trails at Skeggs on Saturday (muddy wonderland woop woop), then out to HMB for family stuff. Way behind on computer/indoors crap haha but it's been SO GREAT!
Heh... Oh-kay. Do you ride a hummer on boggers or something? Myself and the other folks out there were not in any way speeding erosion by being on the trails in the condition it was in.
I hate riding in the dry summer - and spitting out mud ***** on the way home. The ride out there last weekend was PERFECT as long as you skirt the boggy parts which was easy to do and nicer to not have to be catching dirt in the face or have a stripe up my ****. Most of the trail was dry, but we and our bikes came back muddy. I was taking it easier as I ate it hard last year and bent my fork - just got the bike back together with a new fork and new brakes, so I wasn't interested in pitching myself off a cliff. My rear shifter died though about 15 min in, which made my bike a 3 speed with the front. Can't complain as last time out my buddy was kicking my **** on a single speed Matt Chester (he rides every day).
This fellow here is a much better rider than me - I would have died:

The group I used to ride with had a guy that would show up after work on a single speed with work-pants, sweatshirt and steel-toe boots. He would absolutely kill us up hill.
