ATP's phone number is 510.445.1682 (from their web page).

I-Speed doesn't currently post a customer phone number but they list e-mail addresses on their web site's Contact page. They are also active right here on i-Club:

Chris Escamilla - President - screenname I-Speed USA
Bill Knose - Vice-President - screenname skywalker

No ATP does not carry race gas.

You should run your car with at least 1/4 tank in or more. Empty tank could cause knock because the fuel pump will be working too hard trying to syphon out fuel of an empty tank. When the tank is full, the pump doesn't have to work so hard. The fuel pump is also lubricated by the fuel.

just come, and talk to some people. get some advice, and YOU DON'T have to take any of it, but you just might learn some things you didn't know. Well worth the trip.
