It looks to be the standard WRB on a nice sunny day.

 

In NASA events, if you are HPDE 2 and up, you can carry a passenger as long as you don't get black flagged for spinning, 4 wheels, etc. Then you lose your passenger rights.

 

Yeah, the older WRB is a little bit lighter than the '02+ WRB, but this is compounded by the fact that it was wicked bright. This was taken with a polarizing filter too, and it was still almost too bright to use. Unfortunately the day got busy and I couldn't get back into the tower when the light was perfect.
