Carlsen is nice when you are giving them money. When it comes to getting your car serviced there, keep your back to the wall and document EVERYTHING.
Santa Cruz is awesome (better than Carlsen in my experience) and great as well with service issues, though you really do have to plan ahead with them.
Buying my car at Santa Cruz was the easiest car transaction I have ever done.

I needed a clutch fork boot for my 2.5RS in the middle of the job - teeny piece of rubber - got it at Carlsen for $27 plus tax. I asked why they are so expensive - the guy shrugged and said "that's just how it is."
