no dude i think that happened at Carlsen subaru... i remember going in there back when i had some turbo issues and seeing a wrx on bricks and was told that the wheels were stolen over night... seems the guy was getting some service done and they left it parked outside

Carlsen is nice when you are giving them money. When it comes to getting your car serviced there, keep your back to the wall and document EVERYTHING.

Santa Cruz is awesome (better than Carlsen in my experience) and great as well with service issues, though you really do have to plan ahead with them.

Buying my car at Santa Cruz was the easiest car transaction I have ever done.

Oh, and never, ever ever ever ever buy any parts from a dealer ever. Unless you just like throwing away money. Subaruparts.com usually comes in just over half what Carlsen charges for parts on the pieces I have compared. Shipping is wicked quick.

I needed a clutch fork boot for my 2.5RS in the middle of the job - teeny piece of rubber - got it at Carlsen for $27 plus tax. I asked why they are so expensive - the guy shrugged and said "that's just how it is."
