Stupid acura driver
So i was waiting in the parking lot in serramonte, while my sister/friend were shoping. I was mining my own business, thinking about stupid crap. all of sudden, a Acura CL decide he want to do some donuts around my car 
i was like WTF are you doing! those nuts almost rear end bumper.
On all the space on the parking lot, you have to do it around me
stupid show off SOB, i hope you crash and burn.

You shoulda copied down his plates, then try to pull out and leave, thus hitting him as he comes around. Then get out, grab your neck and back, scream in pain, and demand his license and insurance info. If he refuses and leaves, report him as a hit-and-run... Simple ain't it?

I was pretty much stun and my car was not on. I still can't believe people would do something this stupid

I think apparently he was trying to taunt you or scare you on purpose being u're the only one who was surrounded by an idiot doing doughnuts.
This is when a camera or a portable camcorder comes in handy. Get his plates, have footage evidence of what he was doing. Show it to the cops. I'm sure they'll take real good care of it.

I do have a camera with me. the fact that i was not prepare or know someone would actually do such a thing
i mean would you do donut on another car just to get there attention?But i did took pic of the tire track he left behind

but I know what you mean, you were surprised. Hm... perhaps that pic would come in handy. I guess you can try if you want him to get busted. I would at least...

i don't think the tire track mark can proof if he did it or not. I would had gotten his liscense plate but i couldn't read it, he's doing donuts ya know......
