c'mon guys its not that bad it only had about 3 rounds in M4 and as for the shotgun.. we were PRETTTY sure it wasnt loaded.

actually no they were not loaded and those two do not work right now.

 

but having a short barreled rifle (SBR) is illegal in kalifornia.

heck, having that SBR as an assault weapon without being registered in 2000, is a felony...

 

i dont think it will matter when he moves to nevada next month.

also hes had the removable magazine M4 registered in 1998.

Damn, I was taught that a gun is always to be treated as if it's loaded and that you never step in front of a firing line...like that tool that Dick Cheney shot.
